Arts teacher, Creative Lead and Enterprise Workshop Manager
Rachael has been an art teacher for nearly 25 years. She holds a PGCE in Special Educational Needs and, following her training, began working in specialist educational settings. Rachael leads our Art sessions, delivering GCSE Art and Expressive Arts Awards, and creates bespoke curricula to meet the individual needs of learners. She also leads the Enterprise Workshop, developing cross-curricular schemes of work that enable learners to create products for the shop. Rachael is often joined in her lessons by her furry assistant, Samson, who helps create a calm and supportive learning environment.
